The FIRST thing I did was contact my local building inspector. I knew I was going to be taking out the partial wall between the tub and shower, as well as move the plumbing for the shower head. I wanted to make sure that all project plans would be completed in within necessary building codes. This is an important step that should NOT be skipped during DIY projects.
